This is the first time I have been under 180 pounds in over a year. I had my son 8 months ago, and after I had him I went from 215 to 185 in about a month, and wasn't able to lose anymore than maybe 2 pounds (which I promptly gained back every time) for 7 months. I started Slimquick a week ago, and have already lost 4 pounds. This morning I got on the scale, and much to my excitement saw 179. I still have a long way to go towards my goal, but today gave me the push I needed to keep going!

On my 2nd day...

Good morning ladies! Today was my second day on the program and I am down to 169lbs. I started yesterday at 171! So thats 2lbs in a day! I'm so proud of myself!

Well the reason for the sudden real urge to try is because of last weekend.
I was at the dress store looking for dresses with my best friend for her 21st Birthday Party which will be Sept 24th. I'm 5'8 and 171-173 and shes 5'8 and 125. Obviously everything looked great on her but everything hugged MY love handles. Well I have put on 40 lbs(but have lost 10 of that making my goal 135lbs) in a year and my body shape is the same just bigger. My shirts dont fit well anymore. Well I know I can't drop 30lbs before Sept 24th but my 21st birthday is coming up in the first week of December so I'm really hoping to hit my goal and be able to wear whatever dress I want! I used to be a size 7-9 in dresses and now I'm a 13-14 :-(. Aiming for a 6 now!
Pics will come when I get close to my goal!
Good luck to everyone, any tips feel free to send them!

15 pounds down 15 to go

This is the half way point. My name is Rosy. I first started Slim Quick the year after I graduated from high school in 2008. I weighed 143, and now I weigh 120. I lost the weight without really noticing, until people started to tell me how good I looked. It took about 3 months to lose the weight, without really changing any of my habits. I tried so many other ways to lose weight, and I never lost so much and kept if off for so long without much effort. I have weighed 120 for about two years now. I only drink one Mixed Berries packet in my water before breakfast. I notice that I crave less food, it also gives me more energy. Honestly, I don't do any intense workout, I just walk about a mile at a park when I have time, and I try to eat healither food. I feel super great with myself! I reccomend SlimQuick to my friends and family all the time! Whether it's SlimQuick, or something else, know your body and find something that works for you. Life's too short to live it insecurely. :)) p.s. I need to find a before pic, it's kind of hard... since I hated how I looked, but I'll post one soon.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????

I started the Extreme nearly 2 wks ago and gained 2lbs since!!! I no longer feel the need to over eat. When I get fast food, which is often due to my job, it takes very little to fill me up. Also I don't find myself wanting to eat when I'm bored. And to top off my wonderful week, I have lost four pounds!!! At first I was skeptical on if SQ was going to work or not, but now I'm feeling like I can reach my goal!

I am tired of the up and down weight loss I have experienced in the past and I thought this program might help me keep the weight off and to try to lose the rest of the weight I have to lose.
I am not able to do a lot of the excersices that they say to do because of a severe back problem.
Can anyone recommend some that I should be able to do.

Day One

When I got married, I was a size five and weighed 130lbs. In two years and one child later I am a size thirteen and weigh 175lbs. My husband is currently in Afghanistan, and will be coming home in six weeks. I started SQ today along with a six week Pilates work out plan. I am hopeing to lose 20-30 lbs long term, and 10-15lbs in these six weeks.
My biggest problem is going to find time to exercise. I work full time and have a toddler. I hope I can do this!

Day 1

Today is D1 of taking SQ, I have a huge weight lost goal to get to. I'm already eatting healthy foods and started back in the gym last week. I even hired a personal trainer. My only problem I think I will have is eatting enough calories! Currently just started eatting breakfast (forcing myself to eat oatmeal). I take fruit to work to snack on and stay away from the vending machines. My husband and I have been married for almost 4 years. When we met I was at the lowest weight I had ever been in my life and I had maintained it for quite a long time. Then I gained what they call "happy fat" I didnt relize how much happy fat I had gained until I relized I was putting a pair of size 15 jeans on the counter. At 5feet 3inches I was over 180 pounds. None of my clothes fit and I refused to buy bigger clothes thinking I would just be sealing the fat in forever. Still to this day I buy smaller clothes to help motivate me to reach my goal. I am now down to 147. I had taken slim quick before and really liked my results so i am taking it again with and exercise program. I will be honest I didnt the first time and the weight came right back. I was going through depression i wouldnt let my husband touch me because i felt undesireable. My husband used to have the nickname "the body" in high school because he worked out constantly. He has always had a smaller waist than I have even at my lowest weight. The plus is that when I gripe about my weight he doesnt coddle me and tell me sweet things. he says well get up and do something about it. So finally I found and exercise program that is fun and I can lose weight while I dance. This is my first post and I hope that by the start of next spring I am at my goal weight. I look foward to sharing recipes tips and exercise routines! I wish you all the best weight loss results and a long, healthy happy life!

Working Graveyard

Okay I have tried every diet and it seems like every pill I can buy OTC!!! SQ gave me just what I needed to help me lose the weight, and help me keep it off! Summer has been so much fun now that I am not worried about people seeing me in my swim suit! I started SlimQuick less than a week ago, so I have no news to report, though I hope to have some great news in a month. We just can't cut a break anywhere can we? Men have higher metabalisms (ms) too! My husband is almost stick thin and can eat anything he wants, and myself, I gain weight just watching him eat. I have been on the "diet roller coaster" and almost given up. We are taught to want healthier bodies and in the same breath told to accept our bodies and love what God gave us. I'm on the fence. I want to love my body but have a rockin' one too! Ever since my first child, I went from a size 3 to a size 16 and pretty much teetered between 13-16 in pants since then. I want my gut gone and those mysterious things that squish out behind my arms when I sit down gone as well. I'm tired of pulling on my shirt to keep my belly covered, pulling my shirt to cover my back-side and asking my husband to kill the lights everytime we make love. This is my life, my body, and I refuse to allow it to control me anymore!

FINALTY HAVE WAIST AGAIN !!!

IM REALLY HAPPY AND WORKING HARD EVERY DAY 2 REACH MY GOAL STILL HAVE 70 POUNDS FROM THE 100, LEST DO IT LADIES

Goal Completed: Coast Guard SN Dawson (46 weeks, 50lbs Update)

Hello Friends,

I completed basic training July 30th and looking forward to starting a new career as a Seaman (SN). I am currently stationed in Key West, Florida and will be relocating this coming week. I look forward to this new career path. While training at Cape May, NJ, I lost 10lbs. The days were long, but the weeks were short. The experience was very humbling. I am pleased to inform you I can do 50 push-up and 75 sit ups. Thanks again for all your support. I’m now setting a goal within the next 2 years of my enlistment to apply for A-School as a Public Affairs Specialist (PA) to educate people about the Coast Guard. I’ll continue to maintain good eating habits and quality exercise regimen. Good luck in YOUR weight loss success. I’m a true testament that YOU can do anything YOU set your mind to. Semper Paratus (Always Ready)

However, this great program was costing me about $40 a month and I was attending meetings every week. I enjoyed the meetings but decided I couldn't afford to spend $40 monthly on what was essentially a cover charge for the meetings, rather than an actual product.

On that program, I lost all but ten pounds of my goal. In a year, I have slowly gained back about 10 pounds, so now I have 20 pounds I would ultimately like to lose.

It's nice reading success stories on here. I'm just starting the program and hoping to have great results myself. I'm also taking krill oil and a multivitamin daily. My biggest challenge so far has been balancing my nutrition so that it's 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat. I experimented with tracking my nutrition for a week before I started the program and I generally have a balance more like 60-20-20. The great majority of my carbs are from fruits and vegetables though, so I'm not terribly worried about that.

I walk for 45 minutes most days of the week (I occasionally miss a day due to last minute work schedule changes) and do an exercise cycle every other day of the week. I try to stay active on the weekends.

Does anyone have any general advice for someone just starting the program? Or great success stories to share with me? I have always been very skeptical of weight-loss pills.

I am using the SQ ULTRA FAT BURNER! I need to loose at least 10lbs by my wedding date of 8/28/2010 but If I could reach my goal of 26lbs by that date I would be OVERJOYED! I started at 300lbs at the begining of this month and now I'm down to 295...my goal is to be 270 by my wedding, which is a lil far fetched right now but hey...I think I can do it, I know I can do it. With using the pills and changing my eating habits my mentality has changed and I get more from my workout (ZUMBA)! I have noticed that my body is firming up just a lil bit...pants are still a lil snug but it's happening, I just know it, I feel it...I've been on the heavy side since 1998 and been in constant battle with my weight but this is one day that I have to look my best, want to start my new healthy life with my hubby-2-b and finally conquer this weight issue. I am just about to start my program. I am awaiting the arrival of my SQ Ultra packets. I must say I have always been very skeptical of any sort of weight loss product, but I decided to try SQ because it not only promotes the supplements but healthy eating an excercise as well!

As far as loosing weight goes, I am burned out. Last September through December I worked out 5 days a week for a min. of 1 hour each day and watched what I ate. I lost not one pound and not one inch! In the first week of March 2010 I decided to go for it again and even enlisted a personal trainer. I told he trainer on our first day together that my goal was to loose 15 lbs in 10 weeks....very doable for most people. And so I began this time 6 days a week for 1.5 hours and guess hat? NOTHING! Not a pound, not an inch lost! I had my doctor run all sorts of tests and there is no reason why I should not have lost any weight and so here I am now, turning to SQ!

For a skeptic, if I receive the product and I start loosing weight, along with my regular visits to the gym (typically 4 days a week now for 1 to 1.5 hours) and being more mindful of my food consumption (have always been a huge water drinker) then there will be no more skeptic here. If SQ can be the thing that finally makes the push then I will be singing its praises all over the place!

Reading many of the posts and I can see that so many of you are happy with your results. Nobody here seems to think they can sit on their but and let the pills do all the work and I like that aspect. I hope I am right along with you in a few weeks. I am currently 5'7" and weigh 191lbs. My goal is to be 150. If I could do that by the end of this year, it would be AWESOME!

question

hey everyone i was wondering if is bad to take the 7 days gentle cleanse and the ultra fat burner caplets at the same time ???????

After 1 week

I lost 4 lbs.!

Reached my goal pants size

I don't have any cool before and after photos right now. Its amazing because I eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks and I feel satisfied and full of energy. I take the jitter free formula, and I excersize 5 days a week. 30 min treadmill uphill, and abs and circuit. The energy boost and the food plan has really been the main factor in my motivation. Ive noticed that I have been happier because I am not eating food that makes me feel guilty, and by journaling all my intake and activity, I am being accountable to myself. It feels wonderful, and I am super stoked about progressing.

Starting Again today

I was on Slimquick last year for awhile. I like to have energy but so enjoy my morning coffee, which I have been skipping since starting SQ a week ago since I don't want to overdo it.

Also, as a newcomer, I have a few questions:

Are you combining SQ products? (i.e. I have SQ Hoodia, too- but not sure if I want to add that or the SQ appetite control)

Are you following the 1 tablet 2x daily for week one, 2 tablets 2x daily week two, 3 tablets 2x daily for week three? Or can you get away with less? (this goes back to my caffeine anxiety)

Thanks for any help and best of luck to all of us!!!! Woooohoo!

Three months - 20 lbs = a new me!

My name is Kel. I’m 20 years old and I used SlimQuick for three months. I saw progress in the very first week and that AMAZED me! I did cardio for about 15-20 minutes a day (about 4-5 times a week) and regular muscle toning every other night. Thanks to the support of the SlimQuick community I was able to teach myself the right way to eat and stay active. I lost 20 pounds and went from a size 4-5 to a size 0-1. My bra size was actually the very first thing that changed. I went from a size 36C to a 34B. People are saying “I barely recognized you” and “wow, you look great” and it’s just unbelievable! I can’t believe how different my life is now! Three months of using SlimQuick has given me so much confidence that I feel like I can now handle the dieting world on my own. Its time! Thank you SQ for changing my life!

Starting today I will....

I will be 52 this June, and have not been able to lose these last 15lbs. My wieght has gone nowhere but up in the last 8 years. I am currently at 216 pounds. The majority of the wieght is sitting right in front ~ my belly. I swear if I stand just right I look pregnant. I have been closet depressed about this for some time. Always telling myself that over the winter I will lose the wieght so that I can put a bathing suit on again with out feeling foolish. But winter comes and goes and once summer hits I am still stuck wearing mens shirts to cover up what I don't want anyone else to see. I put on a smile daily, I am happy with life, just not myself. I want to run with my kids and not stop after 10 feet because I can't breathe and my knees hurt. I need to stop this now before it gets to late. Today is day 1 of the 7 day cleanse. I am really going to put my best foot forward here and give it my all. I just hope I get some of the great results that I have read on the site. Good luck ladies and I wish myself the same !!!

1st day

I Have started SQ but my question is: Does the powdered supplement that you add to water work as well as the pills? I am wanting to lose 50lbs and hope to achieve my goal by mid Feb. My husband just recently deployed and I packed on even more pounds moping around. I stepped on my scale today and could barely believe the numbers that popped up. I have decided that I am not going to mope anymore, instead I am going to do something constructive and beneficial while he is away. I am losing the weight not only for myself, but also for our son. I want to be healthy so that I can be the best mom that I can be, the best wife I can be, and the best me I can be. This morning went fine until the end of work I felt very hungry, but I remembered that I did not take the second dose. So I took SQ and drank water, I made sure not to fall into temptation and drove straight home. This is extremely hard for me to not stop and get something to eat after work; I have a bad habit of falling into temptation of easy and convenient fast food. Instead of stopping I ran straight home and had a small snack (4 bagel chips), made dinner (shrimp, rice, and spinach), and when I started eating dinner I was full after 5 bites of food! I was completely satisfied. This is pretty rare for me to just stop eating and wrap up what I couldn't eat. I was raised in an Italian home and I have always finished my food and then grabbed a piece of bread to clean-up all the leftover bits on the plate. I am so surprised that I have left over’s in my fridge. This is very unlike me! I’m excited that this may actually help me lose weight and keep it off.

My first Goal is to weigh 25 lbs. lighter than I was when I got married last year. My first year anniversary is July 3, 2010. I have already lost 7 lbs. so I have 18lbs. to go! I have been stuck at 218 for some time now and starting/using SQ will help me achieve my goal I just know it!

I just drank my first SQ water today and I have to say it wasn't as bad as I was expecting! :)

I have been on a diet rollercoaster for what seems like 15 years, but I am at an all time high now...the older I get, the harder it is to lose. I am in school full time in a pretty extensive hospital based program and I just get so tired and frustrated, I don't care what I put in my mouth. I am also a very emotional eater...sad, happy, mad...I eat...then get depressed. So, I am looking for some support, and advise. I know what I have to do, I just have to DO IT!!

Day one~ on my journey to loose 40lbs

I am doing this for my self as well as my children . I started at 250 and just after 4 days, I have lost 2lbs. Before I started SQ, I did try to eat healthy, but never had the energy to exercise. I'm a nurse that works nightshift, so when I work, I get up, get ready, grab something fast to eat(sometimes nothing at all), work, come home, cool down for about a couple hours and head back to bed. After a 12 hr shift, there really isn't much I want to do. So once I started taking the SQ pills, I have found a boost in energy, which has helped me tremdously in getting off my booty and moving more. My meal times are usually never the same from one day to another, but the 'desire' to eat has decreased. Right now I've been exercising everyother day for about 30 min. or so, whatever I can fit in before heading to work. Even my mood has improved! Since I'm pretty new at this, I was wondering if there may be anyone out there that also works a night shift and is going through the same thing. I really want to stick with something this time and not fall off the wagon! And thats why I joined the website as well! A thank you to everyone who has posted little bits of inspiration on here.. it has really got me excited about the future!!!

long Term is to be in the healthy BMI and that would be another 10. But I would be happy just to lose the 10 right now.

I workout 4-6 days a week. Eat healthy during the weekdays but totally give up on the weekends.

Last year I was in a VERY bad relationship, I spent most of my time away from my apartment (and my ex-boyfriend). During this time I would grab fast food so I could have dinner away from the place I dreaded to be all the time. This obviously had a poor outcome as well. I went from being 5 pounds more than the reccommended weight for my height and age (which isn't always correct, I had abs, and was completely happy with being "over weight") to being 40 pounds heavier and having absolutely no confidence. I was (before the ex) going to join the military, which is why I was in such good shape.

I am now out of the terrible relationship, with a great guy, and starting all over. I've lost quite a bit of weight from just getting out of the depressing relationship but I just want to get back into a body I am happy with. I no longer have plans in the armed forces but would like to have enough confidence to be able to go swimming with my boyfriend this summer. I am starting the slimquick cleanse and have been eating healthy already, I also have started P90x, which is super hard but I'm ready... Good luck to everyone else and here we go....

Two Week Results

Today was my 2 week weigh-in and measurements...down 6lbs, 1.5 inches around my waist and .5 inch around my hips!
