Fruit and or yogurt
Peanut butter on triscuits, good source of protein. Sugar free jello, frozen yogurt, any fruit.
jello would def not be my first choice, i don't know how healthy it is. some HEALTHY options are dried fruits (cranberries, raisins, cherries or any dried fruits without added sugar) and healthy nuts and seeds (walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or macadamia nuts). dark chocolate. if you go to any health food store or even the organic section in most supermarkets you can find some healthy snacks, even frozen treats.
thank you, i look forward to going grocery shopping for healthier food. although i can not eat peanuts, b/c of allergies :(
they make popsicles that are made with 100% juice to i think....ive also had cottage cheese or even low fat ricotta cheese flavored with SF jello packets. But justyna is right...i wouldn't advise jello because just think about it....haha
i buy the activia yougurt and freez it. tastes just like ice cream.
yea freezing yogurt tastes really yummy :)
I love dipping apples in yogurt, haha weird maybe but so tasty!
