I just started the cleanse and I'm wondering how long before a meal I should take the pills. The bottle only says "before". does anyone know if it matters?

    HI Jackntater1. You can take the SQ Cleanse capsules up to 1 hour prior to eating lunch. If you take the capsules right before eating lunch, you may not be giving them enough time to dissolve in your system and therefore you may not be getting the full benefit of the product.
