I'm a college student and am 20 years old.  I really want to lose weight because after trying on clothes and looking myself in the mirror, I cried.  I thought I looked horrible so I just thought enough is enough and went out.  So I looked for every diet program and researched a lot about it.  I've been noticing some people with SlimQuick Appetite Control packets seem to be working for them...  So I decided to take the Appetite Control.  I was reading the manual and it says that if I have the capsules and hoodia along with the appetite control - would it work? Would it matter at all??  I know it's the lack of exercise but taking them, is it worth it to add it to exercise and eat better?

Tips would be awesome. I'd like to know more about appetite control.

    Exercise and eating properly are a must in any weight loss program, the SQ does what it says it will do but you have to do your 50% of the work. The weight will not magically come off. SQ gives you the energy to get the exercises done and helps with hunger suppressant. Do not over take caplets with numerous different ones to see if the weight comes off. You need to do full body exercises plus 30 min sustained cardio 4 to 5 times a week and once your muscles get stronger then up the times and counts. There is no super diet pill out there that does the job for you, you have to get really busy with exercises and counting calories and eating healthy. No junk foods of any kind. Be strong and be more determined and get at them exercises. :)
