I have a problem, this is my second day on the 2 pills a day. It seem like 3 hours after I take the pill I fill hungry. when I take the pill I drink a whole bottle of water, and then eat a little of something so I know that I am getting some kind of nut. and vit.s..... Since I am get hungry about 3 hours after I take the one pill should I just start taken 2 pills at a time or what. And my other big problem is that last night i woke up because of my tummy talking up a strom. I hate getting up in the middle of night to be a midnught snaker but last night I had too. I am a special K bar and that did the trick. so what should I do? HELP

    You take 1 pill in the am and 1 pill 6 hours later? First of all, take the caplets as directed doing the first week of caplets, starting the second week then you can go to 2 caplets in the am and 2 pills 6 hours later. Take the first pill about 1/2 hour in the morning before breakfast then eat a sensible breakfast either like the menu provided with the caplets says or you can have special k or cheerios or oatmeal with a slice or 2 of whole wheat toast, then later a mid morning snack like some fruit or nuts or nutri bar, then have a sensible lunch like a chicken salad or tuna etc. then soon should be your 6 hours from taking the first pill. Have an afternoon snack then nothing until supper time. Eat a well balanced supper and absolutely no snacking after supper especially at bedtime, your metabolism is shutting down for the nights rest and will not burn any calories so what you eat turns to fat. The biggest part of dieting is not to dwell on how hungry you are and if you feel totally starving then you can add the SQ hoodia to your diet supplement regime and if you do then take either product exactly as directed. The blue box caplets give you energy to get the exercises done and is a hunger suppressant and the SQ Hoodia is basically only a hunger suppressant. Read the directions carefully and follow them for the times to be taken. If you stick with the SQ pills alone then make sure to eat balanced meals and your 2 snacks inbetween the meals. Find something to occupy your mind and hands , keep busy, do word puzzles or read etc. Worst thing is after supper plunking down on the sofa and watch tv all evening, the first thing your head tells you is you need something to eat. After awhile that constant feeling hungry goes away and you get into a new routine. Drink plenty of water. Put something some place so you can see it all the time like something you want to fit into or a picture of yourself on the fridge and when you feel like you need extra food just look at what you put out and decide if the food is more important or is the clothes you want to fit into. I know, it is hard at first but does get easier with time and total determination. Try really hard to eat good healthy meals well balanced and not over loading your plate. At first when I started this diet I actually had to switch up my meals and have oatmeal for supper, it keeps you full all night long and you don't feel like snacking and that took me about 2 weeks then I got onto eating oatmeal in the morning and a healthy supper. Hang in there and be strong and when the night time hunger hits ignor it, you can do this.

    OOpppss forgot.... I wanted to explain what is going on with your tummy. Your tummy is fighting you big time right now. Weight loss is basically not a natural thing for our bodies to do. So your tummy got really used to large amounts of food anywhere, anytime and it is fighting to get it back because it thinks it needs it. Reason for all the rumbling at night. It wants to be stuffed full day and night and will fight you for awhile wanting to win this battle. Once it shrinks back down to normal size it stops the fight and gives in. If you keep feeding it when it is not meal time it is winning, you want to take back control of your tummy and not let it control you any longer. Make sure you do your full body exercises with 30 min sustained cardio 4 to 5 times a week and up the time and amounts as you get stronger muscles. Do not let your tummy win, you need to have mind over matter here and win. Your tummy is just whining and having a tantrum, it will stop it once it knows you are back in control and tell it NO. Be strong and once you eat your balanced supper with fiber and proteins and some fruit for desert your tummy will be satisfied. :) Be stronger than your tummy, you can do this.

    Thanks, the waking up in the middle of the night isnt like me at all. I just figured that I have dinner at 5 yesterday and didnt eat alot, when 2 am come around my tummy needed something. well at less i didnt go for ice cream, or cookies. i went for something healthy.

    ohh another thing.... how is the SQ hoodia, i have never tried anything with hoodia in it. I have never heard of it, except in the past year. I am scared to take stuff that I have never heard of. I am 25 and this is my first time ever taken diet pills. I have always tried losing wieght without them. But my husband is in Iraq so i figured this is the best time to lose wieght.

    Hoodia is a great hunger suppressant, I take the blue box caplets in the morning and the SQ hoodia before dinner/supper. SlimQuick is about the best diet supplement out there and has helped me alot. Hoodia is not to be scared of, it does what it says it will do with helping supress hunger. You don't have to take it if you are worried but like i said it may help that feeling hungry all the time. :)

    dawn, if your body is telling you that you are hungry, you probably are. so feed it, just watch with what. being hungry after 3 hrs is normal. snack on health things like fruit, veggies, skim milk, nuts, etc. between meals. don't starve yourself, keep in mind that a 250lb woman needs more calories than a 150lb one. so calculate how many calories you need to consume in a day and work out your meal plan. try websites like slimfast, livestrong, or even web md
