Hi Everyone

I am new here in this group and I was wondering if anyone is taking the Slim Quick Naturals and following the weight watchers plan. Right now I am not exercising alot because I just got out of a cast so I am walking and doing exercises at physio & ergo therapry.

Please let me know I would love to hear from you!

    I'm taking slimquick capsules & doing weight watchers. Walking is a great way to lose weight. I walked 3 miles a day & in one week lost 9 lbs. & kept losing. Also I like cardio workouts. I like getting heart rate up by jogging on treadmill, followed by lifting light weights. The weights (5 lbs.) really eat the fat quick off your body. You start losing inches quickly!!
