I'm interested in learning what foods to choose that are healthy, easy to put together & cheap. Any advice would be great! Thankyou

Depends on what you like, make each meal, lunch and supper with lots of veggies, they are fiber and fiber fills you and keeps you full. I eat either oatmeal or cheerios or special k for breakfast with a slice of whole wheat toast. For lunch I have tuna or egg salad sandwich or a salad with some fruit for desert, for supper I make baked or broiled or grilled chicken breasts with any veggie I have in the fridge and have that or a salad or bean salad. You are allowed a potato but in moderation and baked. You can have whole wheat pasta but not to much and a healthy home made spagetti sauce. Or a tuna casserole with whole wheat or whole grain pasta, Healthy soups, healthy choice meals, You can have lean ham, cut all the fat off or lean pork chops again cut all the fat off, pouched eggs on toast, make a crock pot stew with lots and lots of veggies, Look on webmd for healthy eating, or kraft foods or the food network or even google healthy meals and it will give you places to look up ideas for healthy eating. :)
