Hi. I am super diligent about counting calories, but I can never meet my protein amounts. What are some good lean protein options (please don't say tofu...but if that's the best then I guess i'll give another try). Thx.

You can try the white meat chicken or turkey, eggs, low fat milk, Peanuts or peanut butter, look up protein foods on webmd and see what their list is.

Boiled eggs are probably my favorite protein - a very portable snack, too!

low fat cottage cheese (fiber one now has a brand so the fiber will keep you full), almonds (only like 8 tho...protein powder shake mixed with water...biggest loser brand nly has 50 cals per scoop and tastes pretty good! Tuna ish mixed with cottage cheese ( i know it sounds gross but its good!), theres the protein water that specal k makes...also, im sure you could google "protein snacks" and come up with a better list :)
