crystal light and fruit flavored waters from walmart type drinks

i love the walmart brand fruit flavored waters they have fizz, and i love crystal light. im not a fan of plain water but ill tolerate it, but want to know if these items have a good or bad effect on this diet plan, im a 20 plus year diet coke drinker who at one point in my life was tossing back a 12 pack a day while working in chilis, but now only drinks about 3 a day. i just started the cleanse this morning, could use any advice and feedback i can get . thank you, gussy

    The waters are good as long as they are not full of sugar, the diet sodas are worse than anything, they contain aspertine which is not a good thing. You are re training your body and teaching it a healthy new way of life that you will need to keep all the time. Go to webmd and get your BMI count under diets, that is calorie intake daily for you to lose weight. Exercise full body and 30 min sustained cardio 4 to 5 times a week, when you get stronger up the times and counts. SQ does what it says it will do, you do your 50% and you will get results. Learn to say no to all the things you know got you here in the first place. Be determined to win this journey, be strong and stay motivated and you will get results. :)

    I know, but not impossible. You really can do it. We are all here doing it and saying no. Just ask yourself how bad do you want to get the weight off and have a complete new healthy life? Be strong sweetie. :)

    Diet Soda makes me want to eat more. I am just having one or two a week and I feel much better.

    The diet sodas contain aspartame and aspartame is no good for you and also makes you hungry alot more, you are actually better off going sugar free. Stay away from drinks and foods containing aspartame, google aspartame and read some of the findings about aspartame there and what it contains.

    I used to drink Diet Soda 2 or more times a day, and then i just cut it out of my diet completely about 6 months ago. The annoying thing is I don't feel any different, but I guess knowing its better for my health has been good enough so far! The weirdest is when you go to a restaurant and are so used to ordering a diet soda, now i'm just all about the herbal teas!
