I actually haven't tried these yet, but i've heard good things. So if you're ever in the mood for pizza but don't want to blow your diet, give these a try....you take a whole grain english muffin, slice it in half and toast it. then, spread some light tomatoe sauce on each half and top with low fat shreaded cheese. I guess you could prolly add cut up peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives etc.....but anyways, once you added the topping, throw it back in either a toaster over or the regular over and heat it to melt the cheese. You could prolly pop them in the microwave, but that might make them on the squishy side. I'm making thse for dinner tonight so ill let you know how they turn out :)
