I am having trouble getting my healthy fats in, i'm doing the cleanse and about halfway through now... I just cant stand nuts and im so tired of snacking on them already. What is my other options? All i can find online is pretty much nuts or advocado. Help!!!!!!!

    try olive oil...2 tbs is 120 calories and it's great to put in the pan when sauteeing vegetables or cooking chicken. 2 tbs is all you need so don't flood the pan or anything haha...but healthy oils like that ave the good fats (mono unsaturated)
