I eat cheerios or special k or oatmeal with a slice or 2 of whole wheat toast, for lunch I make a tuna salad or chicken salad or whole wheat toast with peanut butter or a healthy choice soup and sandwich, just think healthy when you shop.
i found an awesome recipe for breakfast! broccoli and cheddar mini frittatas. You can prepare these ahead of time and reheat. I put them up on the recipes page. There's only 102 calories in 2 of them and they are delicious. Have with a piece of whole wheat toast or fruit. for lunch, i always have a salad with low fat dressing and chicken or a side of tuna. As chiks said, a healthy choice of soup and salad or sandwich. one thing that i have found to be really helpful is to take things like cheese, mayo and dressing and use light options. and then be sensible about snacking.
