Question about snacks and meals

Ok so the last 2 days i have not ate any snacks except 1 last night which was nuts and have had 200 to 400 calories each meal...i keep under the 1200 calorie a day and i feel full but i want to make sure that it is ok the way i am doing it...like today...i had a mixed green leaf salad with pepperoni sunflower nuts and 0 everything dressing...total calories came out to be 355 and then i ate a hardboiled egg...making it out to be like 400 calories or something like that...is this way ok since i am staying under the 1200 calorie a day meal plan? or is how i am doing it to much at once?

    You don't want to go under 1200 calories a day or your body thinks it is starving and stores everything you eat into fat cells. Go to webmd and under diets you will find your BMI count, that is calorie intake daily for you to lose weight. You are doing fine with your meals just watch the pepperoni, it is a processed food and full of fat. Count calories for everything you put in your mouth and if you don't know the calorie count go to acaloriecounter.com and type it in, it will tell you how many calories it is.
