Ok so the last 2 days i have not ate any snacks except 1 last night which was nuts and have had 200 to 400 calories each meal...i keep under the 1200 calorie a day and i feel full but i want to make sure that it is ok the way i am doing it...like today...i had a mixed green leaf salad with pepperoni sunflower nuts and 0 everything dressing...total calories came out to be 355 and then i ate a hardboiled egg...making it out to be like 400 calories or something like that...is this way ok since i am staying under the 1200 calorie a day meal plan? or is how i am doing it to much at once?
