I need help with meals that are healthy

I dont have a healthy way of eating I can go all day without food but then at nite I want to munch on anything. Please help....If anyone has any food types on how and when to eat I would appreciate the help....Im trying to get help on setting up a menu..

    You need your calorie count for the day that your BMI tells you, You need your 3 meals a day and a snack in between your meals. It is not good to go all day and eat at night, hard on your system. Either follow the meal plans in the booklets or substitute your own healthy choices. For example you can have cheerios, special k or oatmeal for breakfast, a tuna sandwich using whole grain or whole wheat bread for lunch and a healthy balanced supper. You don't need huge meals, just healthy ones and keep your calorie counts. Chicken salad for lunch or fruit salad, Just think healthy choices and don't skip meals, your metabolism needs the food for fuel to burn off fat, especially when you are exercising 4 to 5 times a week.

    heres the range 18-24.9 = healthy 25-20 is over weight and greater than 30 is obese...if you search online (google or bing) and type in BMI chart....then chose the image results, you'll find a table that shows everyones BMI based on height and weight

    At webmd it calculates that body mass but it will also tell you what your calorie intake daily should be to lose weight. Don't go worrying a whole lot about that body mass, it goes down with the pounds you lose. When I started my body mass was something like 32 or 33. I didn't pay to much attention to that, just wanted my calorie intake daily is all. The info you gave lets them calculate your waist to head ratio, size, but mine said I had a pear shape and I don't, all my weight was in my stomach area, so it is just an estimate, worry about your calorie intake.

Im down 12lbs. try Healthy choice meals if u are at work. they are yummy and 2 for 5 bucks at wal-mart. Also get ALOT of fruit and yogurt. here is what i eat that may help you =) - raisin bread, cherios , 2% milk, eggs, wheat toast, light butter. -yoplait light yogurt, activia, jello boston cream pie, 60 calories. =) 6 pack. string cheese -tangerines , apple slices (already packaged), bananas , grapes -for one broccoli and cheese or corn, 4 pack freezer isle. -progresso chicken noodle soup. =) -tuna kit. -lunchable deli selects with swiss and cheddar cheese. -sunchips -WATER, crystal light packets thats just some of the things i have been eating =) that seem to be really working for me! goodluck!!!
