How often should I measure and weigh myself to put them on my charts for myslimquick.com?Should it be every day or every week?
I think it doesn't really matter as long as you don't get neurotic about it. Of course someone that needs to loose 50 pounds will shed a couple of them faster in the beginning than someone that wants to loose 6 pounds. So keep that in mind and just try to feel good about yourself. One inch for me after a week on my hips is heaven on my waist not.
Once a week for both works best.
