Fat Weekend

Before

After

Ok so I really hate weekends cuz its the days when my husband always want to eat out, wel this weekend I only have myself to blame. I had a girls night in at my firends house on saturday and had tons of junkie food; chips, wings, booze, and cheese and crackers. Then the next day I woke up sick and it was my sons bday. We didn't have a big party or anything but we bought cake so I had some of that. Then my husband was so hungry that he couldn't get up and go buy something himself, and I wasn't going to cook so I bought a 5 dollar pizza, some burrittos and frozen dinner for us. But I got to sleep more than usual so it was a kind of good thing. Today I can't even move without feeling weak or tired or out of breath. I guess this is what i get for having a fat weekend...lol.

Gonna have to come over there and give you a good spanking girl. It's ok to have a small cheat DAY, that's it. You feel weak and tired from the junk food and the sugars in it, don't blow your diet sweetie and learn to say No thanks. You worked to hard to gain back mega weight over a weekend. Plan for yourself and a night with the girls is fun and you can take your own foods like grilled chicken tenders and nuts and plain popcorn, light beer or a glass or 2 of wine is ok in moderation, no more chips, and only light to no fat cheese. cheese is nasty for weight gain, wayyyyyyy to much fat in it, if hubby is to lazy to make himself something then he is going to go hungry isn't he, :) For them days you don't feel like cooking spend an hour in the morning throwing all good veggies and cubed lean pork into the crockpot and let it go all day. Thicken the juice with cornstarch and you got yourself an awesome stew and a healthy one to boot. I get my crock pot meals ready the night before and just throw it all in the crock pot and add a fat free can of mushroom soup and a can of tomatoe soup and wow it is awesome, even the kids ask me to get that good stew you always make mom, lol. So be careful of them girls night out and let the crock pot do your cooking for you. Tell hubby no more junk foods allowed, tell him he needs to watch the weight as well and most important be healthy and fatty foods are really bad for cholestrol and heart disease and diabetes, just not worth it. It is so awesome when your partner wants to watch the weight and stay healthy, makes daily living and eating so much easier and healthier. Now, be good and get back on track and go get the crock pot working for you. :)
