I started the SQ diet on Monday and have started to feel really good about myself. But yesterday I hit a rough spot. I've been watching what I eat, and yesterday and work my boss brought us all cookies - chocolate chip to be exact. And they are one of my favorites. So I sat in the back looking at them, telling my self "no, you don't need that!" although my stomach was growling that it WANTED it! But, despite the way my stomach was acting, I overcame the craving and did not pick up the cookie!
