I am just starting to do the 2 servings a day and I was wondering if I can use the powdered supplement with 1 bottle of water or is it just one packet per bottle of water. Do I have to take the two supplements at the exact same time or can I wait a few minutes in between.

    I like to take the 1 pill and 1 pkg of the drink mix. 1 pkg drink mix per bottle. Best to take them together, waiting a minute or 2 is ok. If you are on total drink mixes then you need 2 pkgs and 2 bottles of water twice a day now that you are on your second week.

    I had this question myself. I just started taking the packets today, so I'm in the "one pack twice a day" phase. I drink a decent amount of water every day, but I can't see myself drinking nearly 34oz of water in 5 minutes or less twice a day. At least I have a week to prepare myself.
