I'm new and this question may have already been asked but... I was wondering what the dosing instructions are if you are taking the SQ caplets with the SQ Hoodia. Do I just take them with the same instructions as listed on the box or does it change if I'm taking them together? Thanks!

    Take them exactly as dorected on the box. The caplets are to be taken 1 in the morning and 1 6 hours later for the first week then you up the caplets to 2 at a time morning and 6 hours later. The SQ hoodia is to be taken as directed 1/2 hour before lunch and 1/2 hour before dinner/supper.
