don't be discouraged just yet! :) The cleanse "works" better for people that have years of sludge loaded up inside their bodies from eating unhealthy things for a long time. If you didn't have a BM every day, that's just telling you that your body was already prety healthy to begin with :) ....remember....it's a cleanse. not a laxative....give the regular pills a shot and try it fo a while....you may find you change your mind! (i only lost a pound or two with the cleanse myself...and didn't go every day but i don't think i could have done so well without SQ) Take care and good luck ~Maria
I agree with mamoor. Not sure what you expected from the cleanse but it does work. The cleanse is not an energy booster or a hunger suppressant, it just gets your body clean and ready for diet. The SQ caplets or drink mix is what gives you the energy and hunger suppressant. You do your 50% of the work with diet and exercise and am sure you will see results as long as you stick with it.
If you can't cleanse yourself then try an herbal tea. I use it everynight and it works, then i take this product to help me loose weight. Good luck. I found the herbal tea at CVS.
you guys kind of answered my question i was wondering what exactly did the cleanse do i wasnt sure if you were gonna use the bathroom all the time or what
