Why does SlimQuick work combined with diet and exercise when...

Why you think SlimQuick works better with diet and exercise, rather than diet and exercise alone? With diet and exercise, you should only be losing a max of 2 or 3 pounds a week. I don't really see pound loss difference in posts I've been reading. People are averaging 2 or 3 pounds a week with SlimQuick, diet, and exercise. So why take SlimQuick in the first place?

    Sq gives you the energy boost to keep us going plus the hunger suppressant to keep us from looking for food 24 hours a day. We do the healthy diet and have the energy from SQ to get them exercises done. Healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week. Some ladies have a hard time with eating and looking for cookies and candy etc. The appetite suppressant helps alot. Plus many ladies have a hard time getting at the exercises, just don't feel energetic enough to workout so the energy boost gets us up and moving. :)

    Take SQ when you wake up then eat 1/2 hour after taking it, it gives it time to get working.:)
