Hi, my name is Jysika and I'm new (wow guess you knew that already though huh? lol) I've decided that I wanted to atleast try to lose weight and I bought the slimquick packets (that you put in your drink) to start off with to see how well they work.
My problem is that I know that I need to exercise but don't have the energy to do so. I'm guessing that slimquick will help with the energy thing? Anyway, help and advice from those who have been doing this (or are doing this) program would help alot. Especially since I'm probably not motivated enough lol
My birthday is a week or so away, (November 5th) and it would be really awesome to loose atleast 10 pounds by that day. So thats my short term goal.
I plan on walking atleast 3 miles every other day. Another of my problems though is the whole eatting thing.. I only eat like 2 meals a day if that, sometimes only 1.
Anyone have any meal ideas that are quick and cheap that would be good for a diet?
