No box/phamplet with Cleanse!?

Hi all! I'm new here and have just bought the Cleanse at my local Wal-mart, but it wasn't in a box, nor did it have the flyer mentioned on the back of the bottle. I've been following Atkins as closely as I can, so will continue to do so. However, I'd like this info and Wal-mart looks at me with their eyes crossed and "don' know nuttin' 'bout it." Is there anywhere I can get a copy of the cleansing diet and exercise program? grrrrrr.... Thanks, Christine

    Hey thanks! But.... woe is me! I pretty much hate everything on that menu. I'm going to have to take the nutritional components and their properties and create my own, sister menu. Luckily, substitutes abound. I appreciate your help! Christine

    Yeah, you can substitute for other healthy choices, I went for oatmeal or cheerios for breakfast and a tuna or chicken salad for lunch etc. I can't have eggs due to cholestrol, Can't have nuts so yeah add what you can eat but make it a healthy substitute. :)
