Hey ladies...I'm posting on here because I'm starting to get really nervous. I usually get my period every 29-30 days and today is day 35 and nothing!! I know my fiance and I have been extremely careful with protection...but i'm not on the pill. I was wondering if anyone noticed a difference in their cycle once they started dieting or for any other reason? I read when you're stressed it can get thrown off, which i have been stressed a lot, but I'm stressing baout this even more! I'm just nervious because I don't think it has anything to do with SQ because i've been on that for 4 months or so so far with out any problems :/...thanks...i appreciate it :) ~Maria

    Your period can really go off schedual when stressed and now your stressed about it not there adds even more stress. I read alot on how athletes that really work out throw their periods wayyyyyyyyy off from to much working out etc. That may be the reason. One athlete, I can not remember her name, was a runner working out for the olympics actually stopped her period completely. I been reading all your posts and you do work out ALOT, so that could be why. Try your really hardest to take it off your mind for a week or so. Once you calm yourself and not worry it may come just fine. It is possible you are pregnant, can't rule that out just yet. You are losing your weight awesomely, maybe back it off a wee bit and give your body a chance to catch up with itself. If your period doesn't come say in a week then try a pregnancy test.

    thanks ladies, but chicks...you've always been there for support. Thank you so much for offering all of those suggestions. Thankfully I got it this morning so I can relax about that. I was just so woried because today was day 35 which is almost a whole week later. I really have increased my exercise this month in general, and i have lot quite a chunk of weight AND i've been stressed with school...tat must have been the reason (s)...but thanks again...and i'm NOt pregnant! phew!
