I started the cleanse yesterday and I'm down 4 pounds today. I know its water weight but it feels great to see the scale go down after so many consecutive weeks of seeing it go up.
Make sure to decide on a good exercise routine plus 30 min sustained cardio as well, get your BMI count from webmd under diets and count calories for everything and set up a new diet for yourself, fruits, veggies, fiber and proteins, little to no red meats, no processed meats and no junk foods. It is wonderful to see the weight go down, you know you are accomplishing your goal. Keep up with the SQ diet and your new life style and you will see results. Be determined, I found that to be my best motivator, I said I am tired of my body controling me, it is time for me to control it. :)
