2 weeks at the gym and 8 lbs down...

Before

After

2Health says:

I feel SQ has given me the motivation to really change my life... I am only 23, but scared that my excess weight now (estimated around 70lbs.) will have a terifying effect on me later (diabeties, preganacy problems, etc)... I currently have family members who struggle to climb up stairs... before I started SQ I was at my haviest 206... now little over two weeks in the gym and on SQ I have lost 8 lbs... I am now under 200lbs... You can say my motivation is my health... and lately my weight (which has never bothered me before) has been causing physical problems... like lack of energy and my ability to sleep comfortably... Hopefully I can keep losing weight and never see 206 lbs again...

Good for you. Keep up the good work. I'm scared too of how this excess weight is hurting me. I'm 70 pounds over too. I'm hoping to get prego next year after my wedding and really want to be healthy before I did. I'm 35 now so that is going to put me at a high risk anyway. Keep up the good mojo you have, you are on the right track. Remember Day by Day! Here's to today!!!!

You both made the right decision here, good for both of you. Excess weight is a huge problem for many reasons and weight loss is great not just looking great but for health reasons now and later on in life. It is a hard road and takes courage, determination and focus and can be done. It is a totally new life style and a good one to learn, we don't need all that junk food or even the amounts we were eating. I send kudos to you both for taking this first step to the new you. Be strong and don't give into temptation, be strict with yourselves and you will see results. :)
