So my week of cleansing has finished and I lost 8 pounds I lost 4 inches off my bust 3.5 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my hips. I'm happy with the results of the cleanse and this week I'm starting the caplets. I will also be adding more exercise so I will try to exercise 45 min everyday instead of 30 min. Yesterday I really pushed myself and I was able to make it halfway through a Jillian Michaels workout so I know by the end of this week I will be able to finish the whole workout.
