Help with baby fat?

A little about me: I am 5'4" 180 lbs. Up until I was 5 months pregnant, I weighed 130-140 lbs. When I was around 15 years old, I lost a lot of weight with diet alone (65 lbs), but this time around, my body is being quite stubborn. 

I work out at least 40 mins a day (I love doing the Kim Kardashian workout) but am limited as of right now (repeated knee injury). My diet isn't the greatest, but i do eat healthy. I just only eat 2 times a day (I hope that doesn't make me anorexic), but im just so busy and usually never hungry.

Would SQ be a good choice for me?

    SQ is awesome and does woth as long as you do your 50% of the work with diet and exercise. As for the meals, it is very important to eat your 3 meals a day even if they are smaller meals plus the 2 snacks in between meals. I just finished reading alot of info on why I seem to have plateaued in my weight loss and it was all about metabolism and it needs your food intake to burn off the calories. If you skip meals and snacks and not eat properly your body thinks no more food is coming and stores all food into fat cells thinking it is starving. So go to webmd and under diets get your BMI count, calorie intake daily for you to lose weight. Follow it and count calories for everything you put in your mouth. Plus at the top of that page where you can type in searches I typed in..plateau in weight loss... and found out why my weight was not coming off, very interesting read for sure.

    Try and eat 5 small meals a day of about 200 calories each instead of just two. Drink loads of water too. This will get your metabolism moving again. Take up swimming if you can because it is gentler on your joints and a very effective calorie burner. Good luck!!

    Im so glad i read this,, i just started on slim quick about a month ago, and its been a slow go.. I too have just had a baby, well she just turned a year, and i have only lost 10lbs!! (in the whole year!!) I have been logging my nutrition and noticed i never eat the recommended calorie intake.. i forget to eat!! Im so busy, i just never feel hungry! Im going to try and drink protein drinks through the day (easier then making something!) and see if it works! thank you for letting me know im not the only one!! (im short too and the same weight!) .. who knew you had to eat more to loose weight!!!

Most of my problem is weight retention, and the fact that I only had bowel movements twice a week. Now it's twice a day. I can't wait to start taking the actual pills though. I love to swim, but I don't have access to a pool right now. The only pool I can go to is an hour away. Starting to eat more now, but it's affecting my stomach a lot. Instead of feeling good after I eat, I feel crampy and it hurts a lot. Mostly eating organic foods and hardly any meat (my body just doesn't handle meat very well, I guess maybe bc my mother was a vegetarian when she was pregnant with me lol. ). My knee is better and im back to working out more.

So I'm on day 3 feeling good working out 30-45 mins a day but I'm not really eating I'm taking the SQ hoodia and reg SQ rapid relase any comments on what I should really eat? I'm a very picky eater and 5 meals will be a challenge for me.
