I am 15 months post-partum, and with my diet and exercise, i'm still not losing weight, but rather gaining weight! It's so frustrating so i'm going to go ahead and try this stuff and hopefully it works.
A little about me: I am 5'4" 180 lbs. Up until I was 5 months pregnant, I weighed 130-140 lbs. When I was around 15 years old, I lost a lot of weight with diet alone (65 lbs), but this time around, my body is being quite stubborn.
I work out at least 40 mins a day (I love doing the Kim Kardashian workout) but am limited as of right now (repeated knee injury). My diet isn't the greatest, but i do eat healthy. I just only eat 2 times a day (I hope that doesn't make me anorexic), but im just so busy and usually never hungry.
Would SQ be a good choice for me?
