So today is my first day and can I just say Wow this is going to be hard! I was to excited about starting the program that I couldn't wait til this morning to start so I took my first dose of the "cleanse" pills last night! Omg those things are huge and 4 at once...well it was all I could do to get them down. The directions say drink atleast 8 ounces of water with them, I think i drank 32 just to get them down lol Twice a day I have to do that I will be full all day just from the water lol. Well I guess thats a good thing lol Then I wake up this am to drink the warm water and lemom, well that was beyond gross!!! Man just those 2 things alone (pills and lemon h20) are going to kill me lol I have scheduled myself meals throughout the day and my phone is going to remind me to eat lol i know thats sounds bad but i am not used to eating bfast and lunch so I need all the help I can get and I pay enough for the phone the least it can do is remind me to eat lol Have a good day ya'all and I will keep you posted on my progress throughout this mission!!!

For you lemon juice and water, you can add a package of splenda to it to sweeten it up a bit, that helps.

As for the pill swallowing, someone posted a suggestion on the motivation and support section that you should read. I like the lemon water, but I use "real lemon" - that liquid substitue. I prefer it cold, not sure if this makes any difference to my liver or not.

I have read that drinking cold is a good thing.. It makes your metabolism work as well to warm that cold liquid up. Sounds unreal but it is true so you burn calories just warming up a cold drink you drank. How cool is that !!!!!
