That before picture of mine represents an old me, tired, sluggish, lazy. A woman who hates her body and a mother who can't keep up with her kids. The truly sad part is that I am only 24. My family has a history of heart disease and diabetes. My mother is diabetic and over weight. I don't want my kids to see me that way. That is why I am starting slimquick cleanse tomorrow morning in addition to my new workout. For my kids, my fiancee and mostly myself. I will find the motivation. I will find the strength. I will find the will power. I will succeed. So wish me luck and follow me through my journey. WEEK 1- 264.6 Lbs GOAL - 150 Lbs by or before May 31, 2011

I wish you lots and lots of luck, we are all here for the same reasons. Go to webmd and get your BMI count under diets. That is calorie intake for you daily to lose weight. Count calories for everything you put in your mouth. Exercises is a must. Full body exercises plus 30 min sustained cardio 4 to 5 times a week. Follow the exercise plan in the booklet or under exercises on here and you can go to self.com videos and there they have a lot of short clips of exercises you can add into your routine. Healthy eating is the next must, lots of fruit, veggies, fiber and proteins. no junk food, no sugar, no pizza, no fried foods little to no red meat, has to much fat in it. Common sense eating, you already know what made you get here. :)Less calories in and more burned daily is the key to losing weight. SlimQuick will give you that boost to get you going with energy and appetite suppressant and you do the other 50% of the job and you will get results. Keep a journal of everything you do.. water intake daily, SQ pills like what kind and when and how many, weight and measurments, exercises, what you did and how many and for how long etc. Keep it is your face daily and that will keep you motivated and feeling guilty is you cheat or don't feel like exercising. Good Luck and stay focused and mostly Be DETERMINED. You can do this. :)

eppie24: Good luck to you. It sounds like you are doing this for all the right reasons. I think it is great that you have a picture to remind you of how you look when you don't feel your best. I suggest finding one that reminds you of when you felt good and keeping them side by side somewhere prominent in your house to remind you of why you can't overeat. I am looking forward to seeing your progress!
