Im starting the SQ cleanse tomrrow. I hope i have the same results as some of these other women have. Im a little nervous and excited for the end results.

 

i was just wondering if i had to follow the meqal plan they provide for the seven days and also if i have to drink warm water and lemon?

    I started the cleanse today. The morning warm water and lemon is actually not so bad. It kind of woke me up and the lemon makes the warm water taste better. I'll do it again tomorrow. As for the meal plan, it all depends on how focused you are and if you can stick to the protein /fruit /vegi servings. For me I have lost the how tos in eating, so I am going to follow it pretty strictly. After all it is only 7 days. I am however going to substitute an apple for the kiwi. Blech kiwi! :)
