i started the SQ cleanse yesterday and i feel like nothing is happening. How long does it usually take for it to kick in and starting doing what it is supposed to do. I know im only on my second day now but i feel like something should have happened already.

    Not sure what you are waiting for with the cleanse, you really don't feel like a shock wave, it is doing it's job right away. You don't run to the bathroom all day long, it doesn't give you energy boosts, it gently cleans out your system getting it ready for weight loss and diet. I felt no different than any other day with the cleanse, I went to the bathroom as normal. I got my energy boosts from the SQ caplets after finishing the cleanse and SQ does work as long as you do your 50% of the work. Stay determined. :)
