I am starting the SQ Cleanse tomorrow. I am going to follow the detox meal plan's suggestions for vegetables, proteins, fruits, but I'll probably just substitute the food I have if I don't like what is listed. My question is about the daily calorie suggestion. Day 1 says 1105-1210 calories. This seems very low to me? I am 5'11" and weigh 170 pounds. WebMD says I should consume 1500 calories to lose weight? Should I instead stick to the SQ Cleanse suggestion?
