Hello Ladies,
I would like to lose 25lbs in the next 3 weeks to enter basic training for US Coast Guard. I have lost 5lbs over the past week simply running everyday for 45min. core training abdominal exercise, completely eliminating bread, pasta and cheese from my diet and drinking lots of water. I decided to incorporate Slim Quick as a dietary supplement to my daily routine over the next 3 weeks to help jump start my weight loss. I recently celebrated my 25th birthday Sept. 16th and currently 205lbs at 5ft 8in. However, my recruiter is giving me one month to lose 25lbs pounds (within my weight bracket at 180lbs or less) and qualify for delayed entry Jan 2010. I will continue to update you on my weight loss.
