   Nope, cleanse alone with nothing else. You can stop the caplets, do the cleanse for the 7 days then re start the caplets as if taking for the first time. :)

   Chiks is correct. It is not recommended to take another SQ product while you are taking the Cleanse. Good luck!

   I have finished the cleanse and I'am now on the caplets...when I'm finished the caplets, what should I start with than? One suggestion for SQ would be maybe to have Step 1,step 2 and so on...I hope I'm doing it correctly for SQ to be effective....please help! Thank you :)

   Hi Meeshy. It's recommende to continue with the SQ Caplets until you've reached your goals. Step 1 is the SQ Cleanse and step 2 is any other SQ product. So once you are done that bottle of Caplets, continue with that product. I hope that helps!
