I started March 17th of this year, and I would never have been able to lose what I have without SQ, diet and exercise. It has worked great for me.
I started july 16th of this year and i know it was the extra boost for me to actually lose weight for once. I've tried lots of diets before, but i think in the back o my head i knew i didn't really want to diet and that particular time. When i tried SQ, i knew i was ready and was more willing to make the liestyle changes as opposed to just popping pills haha...so my best advice, change your diet to nutritious healthy foods, exercise as much as you can and don't forget a multi vitamin! Also, i wanted to say that this website has worked miracles for me. Whenever i felt like giving up, i knew i had this as a support group and it kept me on track.
I started SQ.. May of this year.. I workout and eat healthy.. I love this product.. I wouldnt be where Im at right now with my weight loss.. Lets all keep up the good work..!!
