Ask yourself every morning when you wake up.. How bad do you want the weight off? That answer alone should keep you motivated. It is not the supplement that fails us, we fail the diet by cheating, feeling sorry for ourselves, not being determined enough and falling back to old habits, and always telling ourselves things like aawwwww I want that cookie so bad. If you are determined to get this weight off you won't even give junk foods of any kind a second thought because you already know what put the weight on for you in the first place. Strength and self faith and determination is what will get you results and learning to say no to bad foods and learning what to walk away from and say no thanks.

I'll add to this, find something that motivates you. Mine is always movie quotes or TV quotes. My one for doing this diet (and I should say lifestyle change not diet, you should continue to eat this way even AFTER you're done with SQ) is that I altered the ending quote from the movie Wanted. I look at myself in the mirror and say, "THIS is not me, this is just the Motherf*&^%ing decoy." I then close my eyes and picture myself how I want to be and say "This IS me, taking back control, from foods and a lifestyle that is bad for me, from swollen ankles and out of breath walking up stairs, from not being able to wear what I want and be Diva me..this is me taking back control of my LIFE...wtf have you done lately." So whatever it is that motivates you. Find it and keep it in front of you. Dont berate yourself for the days you do have the cookie. Get up and work it off..if you eat burgers for yourself to WALK to get it. Eat the cookie then work it off or cut that calorie count OUT the next day. You CAN do this.

I find it very helpful to make a scrapbook type binder and fill it up with articles, pictures, tips (all from magazines or off the internet). I divide my binder up into sections (success tips, weight, food, recipes, and misc.) When i get unmotivated i have something to look at to keep me going. I also graph my weight on my own (aside from the SQ website) because it helps me to go back and look to see how far ive come. Also, I watch the show The Biggest Loser every tuesday at 8 on NBC and its like a super re-motivator i look forward to every week. Also, definitely keep a food journal
