Iam able to run 3 miles when before I couldnt even run 1-2 min's.. Im so proud of myself.. SQ really gives me that energy I need to cont with my weight loss.. Last week I hit my goal of 40 lbs total.. I have lost 40 lbs and I SQ has alot to do with this.. well I workout too but it helps you.. it really does.. I ran for 3 miles and I walked the other 2.. total cardio 5 miles ..!! I have been doing 5 miles for over a week now.. but I ran 3 today..!! :) I wanted to share with all of you.. :)
