I feel really good, too! My goal is to lose 10lbs; not a lot of weight but it's so hard. After about two weeks my excitement starts to wane and I never seem to meet my goal. I truly want to do it this time and I think SQ will assist a lot.. I am in desperate need of a weight loss buddy, if you're interested send me a note. Best wishes everyone. Thanks!

    We are all weight loss buddies here, we all support one another any time so not to worry, we are all here for you. Sq works great as long as you do your 50% of the work with exercise and proper diet. Full body exercises plus 30 min sustained cardio 4 to 5 times a week, once you get stronger up the times and counts. Lots of fruit, veggies, fiber and proteins, no junk food, soda, pizza, processed foods, fried foods, little to no red meat, to fatty, no snacking after supper, just plain common sense eating. Don't give up so easy, it takes time and work with exercise but you will get results and remember this is basically a new life style and one you need to keep even after you reach your goal. Stay strong, be motivated and be determined and you will succeed. :)

I need to lose quiet a few more pounds than you, more like 60 haha ; ))) but im very motivated and i plan to change my eating habit... im gonna need the support though, i tend to get tired of counting calories and such. Anyways, im here and planning on staying until i get my weight loss goal! best wishes to everyone!

    hey hey I know how it feels i'm always trying to get rid of the last 10 :-( so I started a week ago and i'm trying to get down to 150 pounds from 168. I think SQ will get us there!!!!
