So Thank you ladies for answering my previous questions. So Now What do I start off with I know a lot of you ladies are using the 7 day cleanse. But i was wondering if you have to do that to get good results or can i skip to the pills?

    The cleanse ism a good jump start but you don't have to do it, it is not absolutely necessary. You can go right to the diet supplements if you want to. totally up to you. You will get good results with out taking the cleanse as long as you eat healthy and do your exercises plus cardio. :)

    Cardio works great running with your dog but if it is raining you can do some good ole jumping jacks, or any stationary equipment you might have like a bicycle, treadmill, elliptical or a really good exercise workout that gets your heart pumping. Any exercise that gets your heart pumping is a great cardio. Some really good exercises can be found on self.com videos and there you will find a whole bunch or short video clips and see which ones will work for you. I have even gone for a really brisk walk with my umbrella in the rain to get in the cardio. Hard to do alot of outside exercise with winter coming so I make my routine inside for now. Getting your heart pumping is what makes your metabolism kick in and once you got that kicked in that's what eats away at the fat tissue for fuel. Keep that determination and be strong and don't give up or give in to temptation with junk foods or processed foods. Lots of fruit, veggies fiber and proteins. Try to stay awa from red meats, way to fatty, no soads and drink plenty of water. If you don't drink enough your body thinks no more is coming so it stores it, plus make sure you get your calorie intake daily amount from webmd under diets, that is your BMI count.. and do not go under 1200 calories a day or same thing, your body goes into starvation mode and stores everything you eat into fat cells.
