Well today is my first day on sq but I have been dieting and exercising for the past 2 weeks and just doing that I have been able to drop 4 pounds. I know that might sound good but I need a little bit of a kick in the butt so that is why I am doing the sq. I am 26 almost 27 and I have a son that is almost 8, but I have never gotten rid of the baby weight. Does anyone have any tricks to try so I can loose the extra weight I have been carring around this whole time? I do cardio and work on all my muscle groups and yes I do crunches but I am just looking for something that wil really help me loose my tummy and keep it off. My goal is to go from 175 lbs to 130 lbs and quit smoking by next summer so me and my fiance' can go on a cruise and me not be embarassed to wear shorts or even a bathing suit.
