im starting slimquick today.... ive started eating healthier about 3 weeks ago, and started using my wii for excersize... but the little while ive had cravings, urges to binge eat and giving in to things that i shouldnt be... id started logging calories so i see where ive gone wrong... Im 35 and have 4 children, 16, 13, 11 and a 11 month old. i have battled with my weight since my first son was born, and ironicly it wasnt during pregnancy when i gained weight... it was after each pregnancy that i ballooned to where i am now. pre first pregnancy i was 115lbs.... today iam 190lbs, i have lost about 6 lbs so far... i am a text book yoyo dieter... i have tried every diet known to mankind.... i know i can do it, but i need motivation and support... about 5 years ago i lost 27 lbs, but got too confident with the weight loss and started to eat crap again.. so here i am again!!! open to any and all supports, stories, encouragements... or if your in the same boat dont hesitate to let me know!!!! thanks

Most important to any weight loss program is proper diet and exercise. Full body exercises plus 30 min sustained cardio 4 to 5 times a week and up the time and counts as you get stronger. Losing weight is hard and takes time but can be done. SQ does what it says it will do, give us an energy boost to get the exercises done plus a hunger suppressant so we don't look for food all day long. Get your BMI from webmd under diets, that is calorie intake for you daily to lose weight, stick to it and count calories for everything. If you don't know the calorie count go to acaloriecounter.com and type it in and it will tell you how many calories it is. Lots of fruit, veggies, fiber and protein, stay away from junk food, processed foods, sodas, sweets and throw out all the junk food in the house, re fill with healthy choices. This can be done as long as you do your 50% of the work and not cheat or give up, hanf in there and be determined and you will get results.:)

i'm like you as far as yoyo dieting and its really pretty bad since im only 21. But i tell mysel day in and day out that practice makes perfect. Obviously ive had enough practice at dieting so i ought to know what to do now...and turns out i do! So maybe try to take everything you have learned over the years of yo yo dieting and really make a connection to how it's going to help your life now! That's my personal benefit from yo yo dieting :D Take care and best of luck! ~Maria
