you should really try nutrisystem! I have been on it a week and have lost over 6lbs! And thats with no pills. I always struggle to control my portions and calories but this program makes it so much easier. I just pick a breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert each day. Some of the food is kinda nasty but alot of it is really good. and you pick what they send you so you can avoid the foods you dont like. Its really cool ladies. Its a little expensive but i think its well worth it because I feel this is really helping me reach my goal weight.
