So this is my third time trying SlimQuick. I weight about 145-142 on a good day lol and I am 5'5. My goal is to get down to about 130lbs. The first two times I took slimquick, I tried to packets. Each time I only stayed on the packets for about a week or until they ran out. It always seemed like I had dropped a few pounds since my clothes fit better. The problem is as soon as I see a noticeable result I stop taking the supplements, eat poorly, and gain the weight right back. On Friday I purchased and started slimquick pills for the first time. I started taking the 2 in the morning and two midday since I am already used to the side effects. It sometimes makes me a bit jittery, but I do drink coffee and green tea with it. I will weigh myself this Monday and update my progress. I plan to stick with this for at least a month this time! Good luck to everyone and wish me the same!

    Always follow the directions on the package for best results. It is not the diet failing us, it is us failing the diet, it takes time and we need patience and learn a new healthy lifestyle. Learb to eat healthy and do your exercises with cardio work 4 to 5 times a week. Balanced meals and stick to it, make a plan and goals for yourself and work towards them. Keep the new eating habits and no slipping back to junk foods which are really bad for you and your body. Hang in there and be strong. :)

Also I noticed taking the pills is almost like a reminder to eat well the rest of the day...and than comes the weekend..... Friday: Pizza-hut/ 2 Slices : a(Extremely rare for me 1-2x per year if that) Saturday: Food-shopping with boyfriend for salad ingredients (Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Carrot, Peppers, Onions, Eggs, Chicken, Lemon, and....MONTERARY PEPPER JACK CHEESE (did I mention I LOVE Cheese) In a salad this is fine, but I haven't been able to resist knowing the rest of it is in the fridge and take a small nibble every time I'm in the kitchen or within a 5 ft radius of the fridge lol!!!! (Advice is to buy small portions of "bad" foods.) I'm looking forward to seeing what this week brings. I don't have much weight to lose and am average weight, and lost the "bulk" of the weight I put on from eating things I shouldn't. So I Have a feeling the progress may start to slow, but I plan to stick with it and keep everyone posted on my progress!!
