So this is my third time trying SlimQuick. I weight about 145-142 on a good day lol and I am 5'5. My goal is to get down to about 130lbs. The first two times I took slimquick, I tried to packets. Each time I only stayed on the packets for about a week or until they ran out. It always seemed like I had dropped a few pounds since my clothes fit better. The problem is as soon as I see a noticeable result I stop taking the supplements, eat poorly, and gain the weight right back. On Friday I purchased and started slimquick pills for the first time. I started taking the 2 in the morning and two midday since I am already used to the side effects. It sometimes makes me a bit jittery, but I do drink coffee and green tea with it. I will weigh myself this Monday and update my progress. I plan to stick with this for at least a month this time! Good luck to everyone and wish me the same!
