The cleanse is an excellent jump start to your weight loss journey. It gets your body cleaned out of stored up toxins and ready for diet and weight loss. It is a gentle cleanse and most lose a few pounds taking it but gain back a bit but it is basically muscle weight since we are doing lots of exercises and cardio now, so not to worry about that. Eat healthy and exercise, lots of fruit, veggies, fiber and proteins and no junk food, sugary food, processed foods, sodas, pizza etc. and try to stay away from red meats as much as possible, to fatty, just lean meats and cut all fat off before cooking. You can do this, we are all here for the same reason and are here for each other so when you do good we give you the atta girl and if you slip up we push you right back on track.
