    Don't let your stomach win this one. Make a list of all the pros and cons to losing weight. It is hard at first. You want to lose the weight but your stomach wants its junk and bad food back. Give it some time and your stomach will give in knowing you are in control now, not it anymore. You are doing this for good health and looks and worth it. Be strong and tell yourself you can do this. You are worth having good health and good looks. Stay motivated and have faith in yourself. Ask yourself how bad do you want to lose weight and answer honestly and that answer will tell you which road to take. Stay determined. :)

    Keep in mind that the caffiene in soda will keep the weight on. And you are trying to lose it. Try drinking lemonade. That is really working for me. I have not had a diet coke in months. And I see a big difference in my body adjusting and losing as well. Inches at that. So don't give in. You can do it..:)
