Hey my name is Sara and I just wanted to tell you what I do when I feel like you. usually I either jump on the tread mill and listen to some really great music. If that doesn't help you try lighting some candles and just sit back and think about someone, something, or a place that is really special to you. Hope that this helps you.
ive found that walking away from the problem works go to a place yah can be alone. just being alone helps!
