Okay, I'm 18, 5'9 and 165 pounds. I have a very woman's body with lots of curves and such but I don't feel great. My mother points our all the time that I'm heavy and I better start losing the weight. My siblings are all twigs so I can see where this coming from but still I don't want to try really hard to look beautiful for her to say I'm beautiful. Okay. . . Sob Story over. I want to lost 15 pounds by Jan. I want to show them I can do this. I want to feel good again.

Do this for you, no one else. you are what counts. You need to feel good about yourself and doing this is not easy, it is alot of hard work but worth it. Exercise full body plus 30 min sustained cardio 4 to 5 times a week, totally healthy eating, no junk foods. Never lose weight to please someone else. It never works or stays off that way, losing weight and healthy eating is a totally new life style and one you need to keep even after you lose the weight. You already are beautiful no matter what, you need to do what makes you feel good, no one else. It can be done as long as you are totally determined to lose the weight for the right reasons.SQ is awesome and does what it says it will do, give you an energy boost plus suppress hunger, you do your 50% of the work and the pounds will come off.At 5'9 you are not that much over weight. We tend to take after either mom or dad in our body size and shape, so even if your siblings are twigs you probably take after the other parent, it happens. So you do what makes you comfortable. Remember, you are beautiful no matter what anyone says. :)
