Leftover cleanse caplets are not the best thing since the actual bottle contains the right amount for you to clean your system out, 7 days worth of caplets. It takes your body 7 days to get rid of the toxins stored up in your system since SQ cleanse is a gentle detox. So if her left over pills are like for 4 days then I wouldn't use them. Cleansing is not absolutely necessary, it is a good jump start getting your body ready for the SQ caplets and diet and exercise. totally up to you, but I would not use the left over cleanse caplets as I mentioned, the full 7 days is the way to go.
