Hi, I'm a college sophomore and I just started the Slimquick program today. Right now I weigh 200 lbs (I lost 15 on my own over the past few months but I've plateaued), and I need to lose 70-80 lbs in order to get to a healthy weight. My one concern is trying to do this while on a college meal plan. I buy food whenever I can (mostly Healthy Choice and WW meals), but since I'm a college student without a job it's pretty impossible to pay for and cook food for every meal. Has anyone else here done Slimquick while at college? Was it at all effective?

Ask the cafeteria if they have a diabetic menu, that is healthy eating. Or choose lean meals and lots of salad and fruits and veggies.

thanks! I didn't think about looking for diabetic options. I know we're a very vegetarian friendly campus as well (We're up for a PETA award for the second year in a row) so I was thinking maybe that might also be another good option for me?
